About Me
I am a registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and am a student member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have also taken courses in Eating Disorders and Life Coaching, and am currently studying towards my Diploma in Counselling.
I am an assistant tutor at Contemporary College of Theraputic Studies, helping to train the year one students.
I work full time in the pharmaceutical industry and have volunteered for the Samaritans for nearly 5 years. It was my volunteer work which led me down the therapy road and opened my eyes up to "talking therapy".
