About Therapy
 
I am an integrative therapist who is able to use various different approaches to working with my clients such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), analytical hypnotherapy, inner child work, and regression.
 
 
What is Hypnotherapy?
 
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation, it happens to us on a very regular basis, and feels like day dreaming. 
 
By entering a state of relaxation, it is easier to access your sub conscious mind and make suggestions to change unwanted behaviours
 
 
What is Counselling?
